Medical equipment manufacturer Neusoft Medical Systems debuted new CT, MRI, angiography, and PET/CT systems at RSNA 2019 in Chicago.

The NeuViz Epoch 512-slice CT scanner incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Organ-specific AI algorithms identify anatomy for precise scanning and optimize patient scans based on their anatomy. Iterative reconstruction software and 60 kV scanning also reduce patient dose, Neusoft noted.

The company also showed other imaging systems at the meeting. NeuMR is a 1.5-tesla system featuring BrainQuant software for 3D and quantitative whole-brain imaging. NeuAngio 30C is a railless, ceiling-mounted angiography system with a seven-axis, robotic design that offers more space and flexibility, according to the company. The NeuWise PET/CT system offers 360° panoramic imaging and Intelligent Breath to automatically acquire interactive information and correcting respiratory motion artifacts.

The systems are not currently available in the U.S.
