Royal Solutions awarded Conn. contract

Cloud electronic health record provider Royal Solutions Group has deployed its Royal Kiosks for patients and technologists at Naugatuck Valley Radiology in Connecticut.

The company's Royal Kiosks, which include Royal Alerts, allow patients to schedule appointments and register several days in advance at one of Naugatuck Valley Radiology's three Connecticut offices. Patients can securely access test results and images after their exams, communicate with the offices, and view and pay their bills online. Patients also can check in through a Royal terminal at the office.

In addition, RoyalPay is a web-based payment engine that allows clients to eliminate manual eligibility checks and complex payment calculations, while enhancing time-of-service payments.
