National medical group Mednax has purchased Women's Radiology Assoc., a private radiology practice in Houston.
Established in 1974, Women's Radiology and its six board-certified radiologists provide inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging services at the Woman's Hospital of Texas, according to Mednax. It will be integrated with Synergy Radiology Assoc., another Mednax-affiliated practice in Houston.
Mednax said that Women's Radiology is its sixth acquisition of a radiology services practice.
