Mednax acquires Nev. radiology practice

National medical group Mednax has acquired Radiology Specialists of Las Vegas. The purchase is the company's seventh radiology services practice acquisition and its first in Nevada.

Radiology Specialists consists of 25 physicians and provides a range of diagnostic and interventional radiology services. It serves Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center, Sunrise Children's Hospital, and MountainView Hospital.
