Rackspace to acquire Just Analytics

Rackspace Technology announced that it will acquire the artificial intelligence (AI) services provider Just Analytics.

Just Analytics is based in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region, and the deal will strengthen Rackspace's ties with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem in this part of the world. Just Analytics uses its data platform, Guzzle, to analyze data from business and operational functions for business end-users.

Rackspace plans to keep the Just Analytics brand for the foreseeable future. No other details of the acquisition were disclosed.
