Qure.ai secures FDA clearance for qER-Quant

August 17, 2021 -- Artificial intelligence (AI) software developer Qure.ai has garnered U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance for its qER-Quant head CT quantification software.

The software was designed for assessment of injury severity in patients with conditions such as traumatic brain injury, hemorrhagic stroke, and hydrocephalus, according to the firm. It can also be utilized for tracking the progression of pathology over time, Qure.ai said.
