Interventional device developer Medtronic reported increased revenue for its fiscal 2016 third quarter (end-January 29).
The company's revenue increased 6% to $6.9 billion, compared with $4.3 billion for the same period in 2015. Third-quarter net earnings increased 12% from $977 million in 2015 to $1.1 billion.
Medtronic forecasted revenue growth of 5% to 5.5% for the remainder of the 2016 fiscal year.
