The American College of Radiology's (ACR) Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI) has debuted its first Harvard Emerging Leaders Seminar, a Web-based program that offers a Harvard Business Publishing curriculum in an online cohort-based setting designed for radiology professionals.
The seminar will include three separate learning modules that focus on personal leadership, managing change, and business and financial acumen, according to ACR. During the seminar, participants will attend live virtual faculty sessions with Harvard Business School professors and radiology co-moderators.
The initial August to November 2012 seminar sold out before it could be made widely available to those beyond current RLI enrollees. The next seminar will be held from February 6 to May 1, 2013. Participants must be enrolled in RLI to register for the Harvard Emerging Leaders Seminar.
