Agfa lands Novation CR deal

Agfa HealthCare has received a three-year contract to supply its computed radiography (CR) technology to group purchasing organization Novation.

Novation members will be able to choose from Agfa's DX-G, DX-M, CR 30-X, CR 35-X, and CR 85-X systems. Agfa's Musica2 image processing software and NX workstations are also included, according to the vendor.

The CR deal takes effect on May 1. Agfa also has PACS and digital radiography (DR) contracts with Novation.
