Toshiba debuts new vascular software at SIR

Toshiba America Medical Systems has introduced new software for its Infinix-i vascular x-ray system at the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) annual meeting being held this week in San Francisco.

The new software enables high-speed 3D reconstruction and low-contrast imaging to be performed. It also includes expanded fluoroscopy features intended to reduce radiation dose, Toshiba said.
