Radiation monitoring firm Landauer announced it has acquired IZI Medical Products of Baltimore for approximately $93 million.
IZI provides medical consumable accessories used in MRI, CT, mammography, and radiation therapy, as well as reflective markers used during image-guided surgery procedures, Landauer said.
Sales for IZI for the nine-month period ending September 30 were approximately $14 million.
