Medrad launches VirtualCare for Intego

Contrast injector technology firm Medrad of Warrendale, PA, has launched VirtualCare service for its Intego PET infusion system at this year's RSNA meeting in Chicago.

Using advanced encryption technology, VirtualCare allows Medrad to provide remote support maintenance, troubleshooting capabilities, and system updates for Intego securely over the Internet. It is designed for high performance and security, offering customers faster response time and reduced downtime, according to Medrad.
