Mint Medical debuts Lesion software

German image processing software developer Mint Medical will showcase its Lesion software at this month's RSNA meeting in Chicago.

Lesion is designed to aid radiological tumor diagnosis and treatment response evaluation, according to the Heidelberg-based firm.

Its ReadAssist component correctly applies the selected tumor response criteria at all times, Mint said. Lesion can also provide analysis of an arbitrary number of CT or MRI scans, the company said.

The software was developed in cooperation with radiologists from the German Cancer Research Center.
