Ultrasonix appoints new VP of sales

Canadian ultrasound developer Ultrasonix Medical of Richmond, British Columbia, has hired a new vice president of sales, the company announced.

John Fitzgerald joined Ultrasonix in 2006 as general manager, EMEA sales (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa). In August he took over responsibility for Asia, and starting in January he will be responsible for all markets except North America, Ultrasonix said.
