SonoSite names new CFO

Compact-ultrasound technology developer SonoSite has hired Bernard Pitz as senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO).

Pitz comes to SonoSite after serving most recently as vice president, finance, CFO, and treasurer at Sybron Dental Specialties. He replaces Mike Schuh, who will move into a new executive position overseeing business process, according to the Bothell, WA-based vendor.
