RadNet completes Papastavros buy

Imaging services provider RadNet of Los Angeles has completed its acquisition of Papastavros' Associates Medical Imaging and related entities.

Papastavros has 12 outpatient imaging centers in Delaware. The practices offer MRI, CT, PET, nuclear medicine, mammography, bone densitometry, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and x-ray imaging services.

RadNet has 143 fully owned and operated outpatient imaging centers in markets that include California, Maryland, and New York.
