IDSI sells HQ for $4.4 million in leaseback deal

Imaging Diagnostic Systems (IDSI) of Plantation, FL, has sold its headquarters building for $4.4 million in cash pursuant to a sale/leaseback agreement.

The financing arrangement is designed to reduce the company's dependency on equity financing.

IDSI currently has eight sites participating in its U.S. clinical trials, collecting data to file a premarket approval (PMA) application with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its CT laser mammography system to be used as an adjunct to mammography.
