Misys names Reider as medical director

Healthcare IT firm Misys Healthcare Systems has named Dr. Jacob Reider as medical director for research and development, focusing on electronic health records (EHR) technology.

Reider is a practicing family physician from Slingerlands, NY, and has worked with Misys as a consultant over the past year. He also leads the Raleigh, NC, company's Clinical Insight Group.
