Former Philips CSO joins board at Cerebriu

Radiology artificial intelligence (AI) software developer Cerebriu has named former Philips chief science officer (CSO) Homer Pien, PhD, to its board of directors.

Pien comes to Cerebriu from Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, where he led the radiology department's Laboratory for Medical Imaging and Computations, the company said.

Cerebriu develops AI software to improve radiology workflows, with a current focus on MRI.
