ASRT announces education awards

The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) has announced the recipients of its 2021 Siemens Healthineers Education Journey Awards.

Each of the recipients will receive $4,000 to attend an educational or professional conference of their choice. The recipients are the following:

  • Christopher Daza, a faculty member in radiography and CT at Houston Community College, Texas
  • Iustinian Gologan, a staff technologist at Northside Hospital Duluth, GA
  • Larry Martin, a program director at Ohio State University

The awards were established to foster continuing education opportunities for radiologic technologists.
