Premier makes Philips, ADAC preferred vendors

Philips Medical Systems and ADAC Laboratories will supply imaging equipment to more than 1,700 hospitals in the Premier health network through a multiyear, preferred-vendor contract.

Philips of Shelton, CT, will provide Premier with cardiac and vascular x-ray systems, radiography and fluoroscopy systems, ATL ultrasound equipment, surgical C-arms, and Inturis for Cardiology and Radiology, two integrated image and information management systems. ADAC of Milpitas, CA, will offer C-PET Plus and its line of other nuclear medicine imaging systems.
