Data management firm Mach7 Technologies has finalized its acquisition of longtime partner and image viewing software developer Client Outlook. The companies first announced the deal in June.
The acquisition will add Client Outlook's eUnity zero-footprint viewer to Mach7's suite of products, which include a vendor-neutral archive, workflow engine, and diagnostic and enterprise viewer.
Mach7 now plans to offer products from both companies as a single end-to-end platform for the entire healthcare enterprise, according to the company. Mach7 plans to enhance the integrated product line by enabling its products to be sold as independent components or as an end-to-end PACS installation.
