Outpatient radiology group SimonMed Imaging and computer-aided detection (CAD) software developer QView Medical have entered into a partnership to provide artificial intelligence (AI) services for 3D breast ultrasound exams.

The two firms will incorporate breast ultrasound AI into QView Medical's AI/QVCAD system to help radiologists improve their breast cancer detection rates and reduce callbacks.
