Advanced computing and software development firm 1Qbit has launched its xrAI chest radiography artificial intelligence (AI) software.

xrAI software is designed to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of diagnoses of lung abnormalities and has received expedited Health Canada approval for clinical use in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

In addition, the Saskatchewan Health Authority in Canada has plans to go live with the new tool to help combat COVID-19.
