Radiology consortium Strategic Radiology has formed a partnership with Radius, a private radiology cloud provider.
Radius will serve as Strategic Radiology's private radiology cloud partner. Via the coalition's SR Connect connectivity application, independent member groups will be able to link to an enterprise platform hosted by Radius. As a result, members will be able to aggregate and route HL7 and Dicom information with other member groups and other affiliated organizations, Strategic Radiology said.
In addition, the coalition's SR-Patient Safety Organization product and Rad-IQ business intelligence application also will be interfaced to SR Connect.
