DiA Imaging Analysis adds to coffers

Ultrasound artificial intelligence (AI) software developer DiA Imaging Analysis has raised $5 million in a new funding round.

The company said it would use the capital to continue marketing its existing automated software for ultrasound image analysis, expand its product portfolio, and build support teams for its activities in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

The funding round was led by Connecticut Innovations and included participation from Defta Healthcare, existing investors, and a government grant from the Israel Innovation Authority, DiA said.
