RIS/PACS software developer PaxeraHealth has won a contract to provide its image management platform for imaging informatics software firm IntriHealth's new installations in Africa.
IntriHealth plans to set up approximately 350 new imaging sites to add to its more than 40 facilities in South Africa, Namibia, and Zambia. The firm's multiyear contract affirms it will use PaxeraHealth's image management platform called CareRad, which includes vendor-neutral archive (VNA), PACS, and patient engagement applications.
