Probo Medical merges with MedCorp

Refurbished ultrasound equipment supplier Probo Medical and ultrasound systems and service provider MedCorp have merged.

The deal brings together Probo's ultrasound probe sales and repair departments with MedCorp's ultrasound equipment reseller and repair business. Probo President and CEO David Trogden will serve as president of the combined company.

Probo and MedCorp will continue operating under their current names, and MedCorp partners Michael Asmer, Mike Dilick, and Chris Munyon will remain officers of the combined businesses, according to the companies.
