Image Information debuts new viewer at RSNA 2017

RIS and PACS vendor Image Information Systems has launched its new iQ-4View 2.1 diagnostic zero-footprint viewer at RSNA 2017 in Chicago.

The new viewer supports diagnostic multimodality image viewing and reading, including trauma, chiropractic, and orthopedic measurements. The typical time to first image from opening a study is less than 3 seconds. The viewer has web-based structured reporting and web-based documentation of measurements and annotations. Users with a webcam, tablet, or smartphone can upload and convert images to the DICOM format, such as for specimens, wounds, pathologies, and histological samples. The viewer is available for all users of iQ-System PACS, the firm said.

It works on all major operating systems, including MacOS, Windows, and Linux, as well as all major browsers, including Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.
