Carestream wins DR contract with Premier

Carestream Health has inked a three-year group purchasing contract with Premier for its general radiography and dental digital radiography (DR) systems, effective October 1.

The contract includes Carestream's DRX Plus detectors and mobile retrofit kit, as well as its DRX-Evolution Plus, DRX-Revolution mobile x-ray, and DRX-Ascend systems.

Premier is a healthcare network of approximately 3,600 U.S. hospitals and 120,000 other providers, Carestream said.
