GE to build new digital detector plant

GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K., has kicked off construction of a new digital x-ray detector production facility.

The new site is located in the Rensselaer Technology Park in North Greenbush, NY, according to an article in Business Review. GE expects there will be 150 employees at the site when it is finished.
