February 18, 2016 -- Medical image sharing provider LifeImage has joined the CommonWell Health Alliance, a health IT industry consortium designed to facilitate healthcare data exchange in the U.S.
The company said it plans to champion the expansion of CommonWell's services to include access to patient medical images within a provider's electronic health record, regardless of where the images were produced.
