Vieworks buys U.S. distributor Medlink Imaging

January 18, 2018 -- South Korean x-ray device manufacturer Vieworks is growing in the U.S. with its recently completed acquisition of Medlink Imaging of Pine Brook, NJ.

Medlink distributes imaging equipment, services, and supplies, including x-ray films, computed radiography, and digital radiography, to the medical and veterinary markets. It has approximately 400 dealers in its U.S. distribution network, Vieworks said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
