Nearly 1,700 teams participated in the challenge, which began on November 28, 2022 and ran through February 2023. The top eight winners, which shared in $50,000 in total prize money, included the following:

5. Racers
6. Chiral Mistrals
7. luddite&MT
8. BCC

In addition, the review committee also awarded the mr. Robot team with its Educational Merit Award for the "clarity of their solution and accompanying presentation materials."
