The computer-aided detection (CAD) product runs on the Hologic 3D Mammography system. In a statement, the company said that Genius AI is the only CAD product that supports its Clarity HD and 3DQuorum imaging technology, which are its most advanced packages for breast tomosynthesis.

Genius AI was designed to flag suspicious findings for radiologists, with higher sensitivity and specificity than Hologic's previously released CAD products, the company said.
