18-year-old woman with right upper quadrant pain
An 18-year-old woman presents to the emergency room (ER) with exacerbation of right upper quadrant (RUQ) pain. Patient reported a history of subacute RUQ, which started a few weeks ago with steady progression. She came to the ER due to persistent nausea, vomiting, and intermittent RUQ pain.
