A 70-year-old man with a longstanding history of multiple joint pain and soft-tissue swelling, and multiple other comorbidities including diabetes, hypertension, and chronic renal failure, presents with sudden onset of upper and lower limb weakness. The physical examination was worrisome for spinal cord compression.
