The new flat panel detector series is called Axios. It offers better diagnosis of medical anomalies by reducing image artifacts and increasing the signal-to-noise ratio, the company said.

Teledyne also plans to showcase its Xineos complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) x-ray detector series at the meeting, it said.
