February 9, 2021 -- On the heels of its acquisitions of molecular breast imaging (MBI) assets from GE Healthcare and Dilon Diagnostics, SmartBreast has signed on FoxSemicon Integrated Technologies (FITI) to manufacture its new MBI systems.

FITI, which has also completed a substantial investment in SmartBreast, will manufacture SmartBreast's Eve Clear Scan e750 (formerly GE's Discovery NM750b system) and Eve Clear Scan e680 (formerly Dilon's D6800 system). SmartBreast purchased GE's Discovery NM750b MBI business assets on February 8 and Dilon's MBI technologies and patents in January.
