March 3, 2016 -- VIENNA - MRI has a central role to play in the future of breast screening, but a concerted effort is needed to resolve the remaining challenges, according to Dr. Christiane Kuhl, professor of radiology and director of the Clinic for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at the University of Aachen in Germany.

In an interview with AuntMinnieEurope.com Editor-in-Chief Philip Ward at ECR 2016 on Breast Care Day (Wednesday), she explains why she remains a passionate supporter of breast MRI and also describes a novel, abbreviated technique that promises to make it more viable and cost-effective.
