The new version includes features for cardiac MR (CMR), spine labeling, and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). For example, calcium scoring is now an integrated part of TAVR workflow, while the software's CMR 2D flow application has received enhancements.
Also, the bone removal software for head and neck applications includes a continuation of improvements for imaging carotid arteries, while its sphere finder tool now segments findings using contours versus only the sphere for more precise measurements.
TeraRecon plans to show the new version at the upcoming RSNA 2017 conference.
