Xstrahl secures Nev. contract

July 2, 2019 -- X-ray and radiation therapy technology developer Xstrahl has won a contract for its Radiant superficial x-ray radiotherapy and electronic brachytherapy device with a Nevada dermatology center.

Thomas Dermatology in Las Vegas has begun using the system for advanced skin cancer radiotherapy treatments, the company said. Treatment episodes are about 15 minutes and don't require lead shielding, according to Xstrahl.
