Skyba will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs that build on growth and profitability for the business unit, the firm said. He will also manage analysis and marketing strategies to further expand Toshiba Medical's presence in the ultrasound market.
Prior to joining Toshiba Medical, Skyba served as director of product management and later as global director of product marketing and education for SuperSonic Imagine. Previously, he held several positions at Philips, where he was responsible for developing and launching new ultrasound software.
