How Geisinger added more than 1000 additional MRI exams to their schedule by harnessing the power of Remote Scanning

Geisinger's administrators have set access to care across their network as a primary goal. For many health systems, patient access to consistent, high-quality care across rural areas can be challenging for several reasons: long distances between patients and the care they need, and difficulties attracting and retaining staff.
To improve access to care in radiology, Geisinger turned to syngo Virtual Cockpit. With its remote scanning support functionality, this technology provides virtual access to expert radiologic technologists at all 12 radiology facilities in the Geisinger network, which has helped them to offer more than 1000 additional MRI exams in their first 6 months with the software.
