Disposable products developer Merit Medical Systems has set pricing for its common stock offering.
The company is putting 4.5 million shares of common stock on the market at $28.25 per share. Underwriters participating in the offering have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 675,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, according to the firm.
Merit Medical's stock offering is expected to close on March 28.
