IDS introduces CRM version 2.0 at RSNA 2014

Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) launched its new AbbaDox CRM (customer relationship management) version 2.0 at RSNA 2014.

The upgrade features new architecture, enhanced database design, an intuitive graphical interface, geographic mapping functionality, analytics, and a marketing tool set, IDS said.

The new CRM application was designed for iPads, tablets, and mobile phones, and it supports all mobile Apple, Android, and BlackBerry devices, in addition to desktop PCs.
