The American College of Radiology's (ACR) Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI) is partnering with Harvard Business Publishing to create a leadership development program for the RLI.
The goal of the program, expected to start in fall 2012, is to train radiologists in leadership skills to successfully navigate the business of medicine.
Based on the RLI Common Body of Knowledge, the three-month program curriculum will include faculty sessions from professors with Harvard Business School and other leading institutions, case discussions moderated by Harvard Business Publishing faculty and eminent radiologists, and a component that allows participants to apply the leadership learning to their real work environment.
