Canon releases new wireless DR detectors

Canon USA plans to showcase its new line of CXDI digital radiography (DR) detectors at next week's RSNA 2017 annual meeting.

The company recently launched its CXDI-710C, CXDI-810C, and CXDI-410C wireless DR detectors to help users streamline digital x-ray processes. The three new detectors are lightweight and feature upgraded ergonomic designs, the company said.

Canon also plans to release version 2.16 of its CXDI Control Software NE, intended exclusively for use with CXDI digital detectors to optimize workflow and reduce the number of steps needed to complete exams.
