Toshiba debuts new angiography system

Toshiba America Medical Systems will showcase a new angiography system with two dedicated C-arms at this week's New Cardiovascular Horizons annual meeting in New Orleans.

Infinix-i Dual Plane enables clinicians to perform cardiac and peripheral procedures in the same room, according to the vendor. The company is also emphasizing the ergonomic benefits provided by the system's two C-arms, flexible monitor positioning capability, and WorkRite workflow optimization feature.

Toshiba said that Infinix-i Dual Plane has also been outfitted with dose management features such as its dose tracking system and spot fluoroscopy technology.
