Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas has launched a cloud-based monitoring tool for its AeroDR digital radiography (DR) systems.

AeroRemote detects and reports critical issues and provides ongoing performance metrics for AeroDR's wireless flat-panel DR detectors, producing reports that can be reviewed anywhere and at any time, the company said.

The tool notifies users of critical events and produces monthly reports that outline both the system's usage and personnel productivity, according to Konica Minolta.
